Yuli Tirtariandi El Anshori


Yuli Tirtariandi El Anshori is a lecturer of Public Administration Department at Indonesian Open University (Universitas Terbuka). He graduated from Gadjah Mada University and majored in international relations, and involved in a group of environmental and nature lovers at Gadjah Mada University. Then, in 2005 he received a Master of Science in Public Administration from Indonesia Open University when he was a journalist. In 2006, he joined Indonesia Open University as a lecturer. His research interests include public services, urban planning, and public policy. He has several papers on these subjects and they have been published in seminars and journals, such as The Second International Conference on Public Organization (May 2012, at Korea University), 2013 International Conference with the theme ”Public Sector Reform and Governance in Transition: Values, Institutions, Leadership, Citizien Engagement and Human Rights” at University of Makati Philippines with the paper entitled ”Public Service in Indonesia: Between Reality and Expectation”, and World conference for Public Administration in Daegu, South Korea ( held by Korean Association for Public Administration, June 2014).  He is currently also a member of Indonesian Public Administration Scientist Association.  He can be contacted by e-mail at : This email address is being protected from spambots.
