Organized by Universitas Terbuka (UT), BINAR is a cultural and academic exchange program that brings together students from across the globe. Selected UT Yogyakarta students will participate in the *online phase (5 May – 27 June)* and the *on-site cultural program in Yogyakarta (5–15 September).*
